V. Singh in co-authorship with  Mangey Ram, S. B. Singh, and Dilip Kumar.

A research paper entitled  "Availability analysis of a standby complex system with human failure and waiting repair" by Mangey Ram, V. V. Singh, and S. B. Singh was presented.
